A premium, vintage-dated sparkling wine from the prestigious Valdobbiadene DOCG hills, one of Italy’s most revered Prosecco regions- the UNESCO-protected hills of Conegliano. Steep vineyards face the morning sun, their soils rich in mineral marl and glacial sediment. Cool nights preserve aromatics; warm days ripen the fruit to luminous balance.

The wine undergoes slow Charmat fermentation to enhance finesse and mousse. Aromas of citrus blossom, pear, and almond rise from the glass, while the palate glides with precision — dry, floral, and elegantly mineral. Each sip evokes Italian artistry and timeless restraint.

Region: Conegliano–Valdobbiadene hills, Veneto

Grapes: Glera (100 %)

Alcohol: 11.5 % ABV | Residual Sugar: ≈ 10 g/L

Tasting Notes

Citrus blossom, pear, green apple, almond. Dry, crisp, mineral finish.

Food Pairing: Oysters, prosciutto, truffle bruschetta, or fine aperitifs.
