A luminous white from Soave’s volcanic hills — crisp and mineral with notes of peach, citrus, and almond, embodying the freshness of Veneto mornings.
$29.75
East of Verona, the medieval towers of Soave overlook a mosaic of vines rooted in volcanic basalt and limestone. Here, Bennati’s Libet Soave Classico draws its purity from the stony soils and lake-cooled breezes that define this UNESCO-recognized terroir. The Garganega grape, grown on ancient pergolas, ripens slowly, absorbing the minerals of the land.
In the glass, the wine glows pale gold and releases aromas of white peach, lemon blossom, and toasted almond. The palate is crisp yet supple — fresh citrus framed by a hint of saline minerality and almond bitterness. A wine of quiet sophistication, it captures the morning light of the Veneto hills.
Region: Soave Classico hills, Verona, Veneto
