In the sun-soaked plains of eastern Veneto, Bennati gives new life to the Barbera grape, more often associated with Piedmont. Warm days and cool nights bring intensity and freshness in equal measure. Deep ruby in colour, the Cornalé Barbera bursts with red-fruit energy — cherry, raspberry, and wild herbs — lifted by the grape’s trademark acidity. The sandy-clay soils provide structure, while stainless-steel fermentation preserves pure fruit character. Its supple tannins and bright vibrancy make it a joyful companion to everyday meals and elegant gatherings alike.

Region: Eastern Veneto, Italy

Grapes: Barbera 100 %

Alcohol: 13–13.5 % ABV | Residual Sugar: < 4 g/L

Tasting Notes

Cherry, raspberry, violet, and soft spice. Medium body, fresh acidity, silky finish.

Food Pairing: Tomato-sauce pasta, grilled chicken, pizza Margherita, or aged Asiago.
